Hope Godfrey is set to study Sport Management at York St John University after gaining two distinction stars and a distinction in her Level 3 Sport Science course.
Hope said “I have enjoyed studying my sport course at Middlesbrough College and I feel prepared for the next chapter of my life. The best part of the course has definitely been the trips. We have been to Barcelona, Rome and Commondale in the Peak District.”
Level 3 Sport Science student Laina is off to study at Sheffield Hallam after gaining triple distinction star in her BTEC Extended Diploma.
Laina said “I have loved my time at Middlesbrough College. The course is fantastic and has given me the skills I need to fulfil my career ambition of becoming a Sport Psychologist. I have made new friends and I plan to stay in touch with them when we all go off to university.”
Sarah McGough has gained a place to study Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University- a competitive course to gain a place on!
Sarah said “I am so excited to go to university and I am thrilled to have gained a place to study Physiotherapy at Manchester. It has been my career ambition to become a qualified physiotherapist and now my dreams are going to become a reality. I can’t thank my tutors enough for pushing me to succeed and I am delighted to be coming away from Middlesbrough College with three distinction star grades in my BTEC Extended Diploma!”
