The Waterside Brasserie is Middlesbrough College’s commercial training restaurant. We offer great cuisine at fantastic prices, and all dishes are freshly prepared and served by our students under the guidance of our industry professional Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
The fully licenced restaurant continues to achieve Trip Advisor’s Certificate of Excellence status, thanks to numerous outstanding views. All of our food is freshly produced on-site using locally sourced ingredients.

Whether you want a table for one, lunch or dinner with friends or wish to have exclusive use of the brasserie (where we can individualise your menu requirements) our learners along with qualified staff, look forward to looking after you. We offer a wide variety of food, from home-made scones at morning coffee to carefully selected a la carte menus for your lunch or dinner. Menus change half termly, so there is always something new to tempt your taste buds.
