At Middlesbrough College, we boast 8 food outlets on the main campus and a café at the TTE site!
Food Outlets
Whether you’re looking for a filling hot meal, a light bite to grab on the go or wanting a vegetarian option, you will find a hearty meal to keep you going through your studies.
You’re also welcome to bring in a packed lunch to College which you can eat in any the seating area of any of our canteens or, if it’s a bright and sunny day, outside in the Campus Heart.
Students can take advantage of 10% discount on all food in any of our cafes as well as free lunches to those who are eligible.
Our main building is home to Café 66, Central Surf and Café Pronto. Café 66 is one of the largest eateries and serves a range of freshly cooked meals for breakfast and lunch, as well as sandwiches, salads, snacks and drinks.
For a light bite, Central Surf offers a sandwich bar and Pasta King, whilst Café Pronto serves up tasty treats from pizzas, chips, chicken nuggets and hot dogs.
Outside of the main building, the Campus Heart hosts Street Eats and Costa Coffee, and has plenty of seating on a bright and sunny day.
If you are based in one of our dedicated buildings on campus, you can easily access each building’s well-stocked canteens; Café STEM located on the ground floor, Café 2QS located in 2 Queens Square on the first floor, and Café Vibe in the Sixth From building, MC6. Each café provides plenty of options, including hot meals, jacket potatoes, fresh sandwiches, and a variety of snacks.
