Courses on your Doorstep

Having a top-rated college on your doorstep – so you can still live at home while you study, if you choose – can provide all sorts of benefits for students in addition to quality teaching, including huge savings on accommodation costs.

Choosing to study a university level course at home means – in most cases- you can continue living with family. This is likely to cost you considerably less than moving away to study, with the National Union of Students averaging the cost of living for students approximately at £12,056.

The majority of our full-time courses are delivered over 3 days, and we also offer a large range of part-time programmes. This means that lots of our students are also able to keep their existing jobs or gain part-time employment. All higher education courses are taught on-site at our Middlehaven Campus.

Middlesbrough College is situated in a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the bus and train station. This means that wherever you live in the Tees Valley, we are easily accessible. Students thinking of relocating to Middlesbrough will benefit from one of the lowest living costs in the country, but don’t let this deceive you, it’s an amazing region to live.
