Gymworld

This class builds fundamental gymnastics skills at a young age, so by the age of 3 children are ready to work independently. The class begins with a soft play introduction, moving on to a sponge run. Various activities follow, including low rings, fast-track trampoline, bars beam, parachute and an activity circuit, and change from week to week. Sessions last for 1 hour finishing with songs and stickers. Parents are encouraged to join in with their child, so come along and have some fun!

Mornings:
Monday: 10:00am – 11:00am
Tuesday: 10:00am – 11:00am
Thursday: 10:00am – 11:00am
Friday: 10:00am – 11:00am

Afternoons:
Tuesday: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
Friday: 1:00pm- 2:00pm

Each session begins with either a game or hand apparatus warm up, followed by stretches, and a foam pit run. Children follow a carefully designed gymnastic programme created by Gymworld duo Paula & Robert, working to develop confidence, independent learning and social skills. Along with fundamental skills, improving action, balance and co-ordination.

Each session lasts for one hour and are booked through this online booking system in 8-week blocks.

Here at Gymworld, we follow the British Gymnastics RISE award scheme which enables children to achieve certificates and medals. This age group will work on RISE Discover.

Children follow a carefully designed gymnastic programme created by Gymworld duo Paula & Robert, working on floor skills, apparatus -bars, beam, rings, fast-track trampoline or vault and awards.

Each session lasts for one hour and are booked through this online booking system in 8-week blocks.

These sessions are open to all who want to try their hand at gymnastics but are also a progression from the advanced gymnastic classes. There are no specific awards for these sessions and the learning of skills is the individuals’ choice subject to ability.

All sessions begin with a full body warm-up and basic gymnastic elements (lasting 30 minutes), before moving onto the range of apparatus available. Participants are supervised at all times by fully qualified British Gymnastics Coaches.

Wednesday: 7:15pm – 8:45pm

Lessons cost £6.00 per session.

Organised and led by our team of fully qualified and experienced British Gymnastics Coaches, these parties are designed to get children active, have fun and try something new!

The parties start of with a soft play warm up for under 5’s or warm-up activities and stretches for those over. Your child and their friends have the opportunity to try out the centre’s specialist equipment including the fast-track trampoline, balance beam and swinging on the bar and rings into the sponge pit.

We offer several types of parties which are age dependent:

• Soft Play Only – suitable for crawling to 4 years
• 2 – 5 year olds
• 5 years and above
• Gymnastics skills party

After a fun-filled hour, it’s party food time – choose one of our food packages from just £3.60 per child.

Costs & booking information

The cost of a Gymworld Gymnastics Party is £120 for a party of up to 20 Children. A non-refundable deposit of £60 must be paid upon booking. The remaining balance of £60 must be paid and the number of children attending and food options must be confirmed 2 weeks before the party.

The onus is on the organiser to ensure payment is made and food options are identified at least 2 weeks before the party. We cannot guarantee food options ordered later than 1 week.

Gymnastics parties run on a Saturday from 1.30pm. Sunday and School holiday slots may be available subject to dates.
