2025 Class Valedictorian Wiktoiria Sosnowska, 22, from Bedale near Northallerton graduated from the BA (Hons) in Airport and Airline Passenger Management course.

Wiktoiria said: “Studying at UCM gave me the confidence and knowledge to progress in my aviation career and beyond. The support from my tutors and the friendships I’ve made have been incredible. I’m proud to now be teaching travel and tourism alongside my role as a cabin manager with Ryanair – it’s exciting to be inspiring others while continuing to grow in a field I love.”

Georgina Purvis, 21, from Billingham graduated from the BA (Hons) in Airport and Airline Passenger Management course.

Georgina said: “I’ve always had a keen interest in the aviation industry, so getting a job with Ryanair was fantastic for me. After that, I was accepted onto the Airport and Airline Passenger Management foundation degree at UCM, which I went on to complete with a full BA (Hons). The support from my tutors and the friendships I made were incredible. Now, as a supervisor with Ryanair, I’ve been inspired to explore graduate schemes at Newcastle Airport – I’m really excited to see where my career will take me next.”
