We caught up with Brooke who is an MC6 Student Leader!

Brooke said “I really enjoy being a Student Leader for Middlesbrough College Sixth Form. We are the voice for students and act as a mediator between teachers and students. It’s working well so far, I think it is brilliant that the College is providing a safe space for students to voice their opinions, especially as some people feel more comfortable getting support from their peers.

“I love studying at Middlesbrough College Sixth Form, it is a great place to be. The atmosphere is friendly, and everyone wants the best for you and is supportive.

“I want to continue studying Criminology at University as I’ve loved studying this subject at College. My career ambition is to become a qualified Criminology lecturer at a University.”
