Advance your skills in professional cookery in a specialist subject: Kitchen and Larder, or Patisserie and Confectionery.
This programme is specifically designed for those people who have achieved a Level 2 qualificationinculinary skills or cookery,or have attained an equivalent qualification and wish to continue their development of the knowledge and skills.
Catering and Hospitality students will have the opportunity to work in our award winning training restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie. The restaurant is open to the public across the week and all the food is prepared and served by our students in one of our five fully equipped industrial kitchens.
