Previous experience in customer services or a background in construction would be highly advantageous. We will conduct initial assessments on an individual basis to ensure that you derive maximum benefit from your course.

Throughout our NEIoT Retrofit Advisor course, assessment plays a crucial role in evaluating your understanding and skills. You’ll encounter a variety of assessment types, including assignments and presentations with interviews, all conducted in an open-book format. These assessments are designed to gauge your proficiency in all areas of the course, such as climate change, sustainability, retrofit installations, communication, and health and safety. These assessments ensure you’re well-prepared for the challenges of the role.
