The course consists of a range of practical and theoretical work, covering a holistic approach to sport and exercise sciences, all which prepares you for your future, whether you want to progress to University, an apprenticeship, or employment.
You will cover a range of units including Anatomy, Physiology, Sports Coaching, Specialised Fitness Training, Psychology, Biomechanics, Sports Injuries and Sports Massage.
You will also complete Fitness Instruction qualifications alongside the main programme. You can study this course for two years to achieve the Extended Diploma where you can earn up to 168 UCAS Points.
