This course combines the Highfield Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification with the Highfield Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety, and has been developed in partnership with MFC Academy to prepare learners for employment opportunities within the stewarding and event safety sector.
Through a blend of practical training and industry-relevant knowledge, learners will develop the essential skills, confidence and professional understanding required to work effectively in stewarding roles at sporting events, concerts and other public gatherings. The course covers key areas including emergency first aid, spectator management, customer service, communication, safety procedures, crowd dynamics and incident response.
By completing these recognised qualifications, learners will be better equipped to meet industry standards, enhance their employability and take the next step towards a rewarding career in stewarding, event operations or the wider spectator safety industry.
