ILM Diploma for Managers – Level 3

Modules include:

This is a classroom based course, with 1 full day per fortnight for 18 months.

Applicants should be in employment in a suitable role, in a management or team leader position with operational, project and financial responsibilites.

Students will be taught by lectures, seminars, discussion groups, case studies, presentations and self study.

Assessment will be a mixture of assignments, presentations and reviews.

Students who enrol on to the programme under the apprenticeship framework will also be required to undertake examinations in functional skills at Level 2 in English, mathematics and ICT.

This qualification will provide progression opportunities to other qualifications such as the Level 4 Diploma in Leadership andManagement,Level5 Diploma in Leadership andManagement.

During your course we ensure you develop employability skills and gain relevant experience. We provide information, advice and support when completing your course and progressing to work or going into higher education. When applying for university we can provide support with the UCAS application and Student Finance.
