You will study 4 units on this course across your 2 years of study.
These include civil dispute solving, looking at the civil courts and how they work, including the people in the courts and the role of Barristers, Solicitors and Judges. The introduction to criminal courts and criminal liability, looking at the role and function of criminal courts and the people who work in those courts including Magistrates, Juries, Barristers, Solicitors and Judges. Applying the law, looking at the law of murder and manslaughter and some property offences such as theft, robbery, burglary, criminal damage and fraud. And aspects of tort, looking at the law of negligence.
