All singing, all dancing results for Keeley

It was three times the delight for Keeley Octon, from Darlington, who was overjoyed to receive a Triple Distinction Star in her Level 3 BTEC in Musical Theatre.

The 18-year-old earned herself the perfect encore as she is now moving on to a one-year intensive course at Musical Theatre School in Sunderland before hopefully drawing back the curtain on a career in performing.

Keeley said: “I’ve always wanted to do anything that is singing, dancing and acting – so this course was perfect for me.

“The tutors made it great fun to be a part of compared to secondary school which was a little more regimented. At College, it’s much more relaxed and interactive which I think gets the best out of us. I loved the end of year shows – you really get to see all the hard work coming together”.
