“I am really enjoying studying at Middlesbrough College Sixth Form! I’ve had the opportunity to take part in the Raising Aspirations programme which has been beneficial for my studies and future steps in my education. On the programme we have had many opportunities to take part in online webinars, meet with employers, take part in internships and visit Universities, including Oxford University! I also had the opportunity to take part in a Computer Science masterclass with Cambridge University. I really enjoyed the experience and I’m hoping to apply next year for my degree.
“I’m so glad that I decided to study MC6, the tutors are really supportive and are always on hand to help you. I would definitely recommend studying here! A Levels are a fantastic option if you are unsure about what you want to do. They open doors and you gain lots of transferable skills. My advice to anyone considering applying is to go for it- you’ll need to put the work in as A Levels are challenging but the work is interesting and they’ll help you progress to University.
“I’m also part of the Middlesbrough College Volleyball Sports Academy. It’s fantastic that I can continue to play sport to a high-standard whilst also studying for my A Levels. We get excellent coaching and take part in national competitions. I hope to carry on playing Volleyball at University!”
