“I have settled in really well at College since starting in September, I’ve made lots of new friends and I’m thoroughly enjoying my course!
“As I’m a T Level student this means I also have a work placement as part of my course which is great fun. I was fortunate enough to secure a placement with a software company as a Junior Software Assistant, which is the industry I eventually want to go into when I leave College.
“I decided to study T Levels because of the work placement element. I know that when I start applying for jobs in the industry, I will have relevant skills and experience that will help me stand out on my CV.
“The course itself is varied and you touch on a lot of different subjects and sectors. Our teachers are great, they’re full of knowledge and are easy to get along with.
“I have recently started getting involved with some of the enrichment sessions that the Student Union host such as chess club. I’m not the best at it but I’ll get there! The enrichment sessions are a good opportunity to meet students from other departments that have the same interests as you, so it’s a great way to make friends! I would recommend studying at Middlesbrough College.”
