Theo Turner, a former Middlesbrough College student was given the chance of a lifetime after he gained a 4 year scholarship to study at Seattle University in the USA.
Theo Turner played basketball for the Tees Valley Mohawks basketball club and joined the Basketball Academy at Middlesbrough College. Whilst at College Theo helped the team win the AOC North East Division as well as making the top 4 in the country in the National Championships.
At 7 foot tall, Theo dominated the court with some spectacular performances, averaging 26 points and 15 rebounds a game during his time at College.
