Lucy Jones is Head of Teaching & Learning at Middlesbrough College and Lead for the EEF 16–19 Evidence Partnership. She works with colleges, professional networks and research organisations to strengthen evidence-informed practice across the further education sector. Her work focuses on bridging research and classroom practice, with particular interests in curriculum sequencing and effective professional development, to support teachers, improve outcomes for young people and help reduce educational disadvantage.
