At Middlesbrough College, you can apply to study a University course with us without going through UCAS. You can apply to us for FREE and cut out all of that paperwork too!

Our team will make contact you for further details and to arrange a chat with the programme leader. If your application is successful, we will formally offer you a place on the programme and your application will be uploaded to UCAS later in the year.

If you would prefer to you can apply for our full time higher education courses through UCAS. Our team will make contact with you for further details to arrange an interview. If your application is successful we will formally offer you a place via UCAS.
Register your details
If you’ve not applied to University before, you’ll need to register an account with UCAS. Fill in your personal details and create an account.
Student Finance
If you’ve told UCAS you’ll need help paying for your course, your information will be shared with Student Finance England who will process your application.
Course selection
Apply for up to 5 higher education courses. Our course UCAS codes can be found on individual course pages.
Personal statement
This is your opportunity to sell yourself and make your UCAS application stand out from the crowd. Tell us your future career ambitions and why you want to study at Middlesbrough College.
Submit
Ask a former tutor, advisor or professional to complete an academic reference that supports your application. You can then submit your application. This costs £13 for single courses or £24 for multiple courses. Financial support to cover these costs may be available from Student Services dependent on your personal circumstances.
