Preparation to Adulthood Skills for Independence and Employment Pathway – Entry Level 1 to 3
Course overview
This Preparation for Adulthood course has been designed to address the needs of learners working at Entry Level 1 to Entry Level 3 and in particular those with learning difficulties and disabilities.
The qualification ensures that all students are given the same opportunities to access appropriate and relevant education and meaningful work experience to improve life chances. It provides a foundation for lifelong learning focusing on transferable social and life skills which are essential for living and working in the community. There are also a variety of creative enrichment activities.

Inclusive Learning students will be joining a small, self-contained community where they can develop a range of skills including writing, independence, and employment progression. Students have access to the ALS Hub, with quiet study and social spaces and specialist facilities, and can get involved in a range of projects such as the community café.
