The units of this qualification can contribute towards the knowledge and understanding required for the related NVQ while not requiring or proving evidence of occupational competence.

The aim of this course is to provide course delegates with the skills and knowledge necessary to gain the Level 2 qualification for career progression within the Process Technology Industry.
To award the certificate, candidates must successfully complete the assessments for the four core units, two mandatory units and two optional units as listed below.
