Course overview
This qualification is aimed at learners aged 16 and above who have recently entered into the construction industry. This qualification is also suitable for tradespeople who desire to develop or improve their knowledge of retrofit in the construction industry. It is also for those without retrofit experience (electricians, joiners, plumbers, plasterers, bricklayers, etc) who may wish to work in the related field of retrofit professional roles such as a retrofit assessor.
This qualification is part of the NEIoT: Retrofit Installer bootcamp.
This programme is IoT (Institute of Technology) recognised, guaranteeing you outstanding technical training.

Construction students will have the opportunity to work in state of the art workshops, and have access to a real life outdoor construction site. This realistic work environment allows students to gain practical experience in constructing a single story dwelling which is built from foundations up to the roof.
