You’ll work across a wide range of creative areas, from fine art and illustration to photography, fashion and digital graphics, gaining practical experience and the freedom to develop your individual artistic voice.
You’ll work on a mix of set industry-style briefs and self-directed projects, helping you to grow creatively and build an impressive, personalised portfolio.
In line with the most up to date industry practice, this course is designed to be multidisciplinary, allowing you to experience and practice an exciting range of skills including fine art, illustration, photography, digital graphics, fashion and textiles, and to integrate these into your project work. Alongside developing your practical skills, you’ll explore the work of artists and designers and investigate potential career pathways within the creative sector.

All assessment is assignment-based — there are no exams. You can complete the Diploma in one year, or stay for two years to achieve the Extended Diploma, equivalent to three A Levels.
Taught in specialist studios by experienced tutors, this course will give you the confidence, skills and direction to progress to university, a creative apprenticeship, or directly into industry.
