Are you looking for a stepping stone to improve your life and employability skills? Here at Middlesbrough College, our Progression Studies department focuses on meeting the needs of students with a range of additional and special educational needs including students with learning difficulties or English as a second language. These courses are designed to help you develop skills in areas such as writing, independence and employment progression.

Career Choices

Upon completion of a Course in Progression Studies  you may have the opportunity to progress onto an appropriate vocational programme or Supported Internship.

The College Careers Service is available to all our students. We can help when deciding which course or option you wish to take. During your course we ensure you develop employability skills and gain relevant experience. We provide information, advice and support when completing the course.
