September – June, 3 days per week

Applicants are required to have a Level 2 City and Guilds qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Wind Turbine Technology, and Grade 3 or above in English and maths.

Students will be assessed through 3 practical tests and 3 multiple choice examinations.

Upon successful completion, students can progress into industry as an apprentice in either Wind Turbine, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

If you are aged 19 or over, you may be required to pay fees depending on your residency status, educational background and personal circumstances.

Advanced Learner Loan: If you are aged 19-23 and this is not your first full Level 3 qualification or you are aged 24 or over on the start date of the course, you will have to pay fees. However, you may qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan. You can apply for an Advanced Learning Loan from Student Finance England (SFE) to fund all or part of the fee.
