This Level 3 apprenticeship is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in catering and hospitality and would like to work in a more senior role.
The programme will cover areas such as hygeine, managing a team to improve customer service, safety and security in the working environment and supervision
Catering and Hospitality students will have the opportunity to work in our award winning training restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie. The restaurant is open to the public across the week and all the food is prepared and served by our students in one of our five fully equipped industrial kitchens.
