Secondary School – Freeborough Academy
I originally completed by Level 3 in Web and Application Development course at Middlesbrough College and loved it, I came from not really enjoying secondary school to absolutely loving college life – an apprenticeship just seemed like the natural next step.
I was lucky enough to have a work experience opportunity with Autumn Leaf Digital while on my course and I loved it there, when an apprenticeship became available, I jumped at the chance!
As part of my role I work on developing new web features for our systems and clients, it’s really interesting and I like being able to create new features!
I really enjoy my apprenticeship as it has given me a direct path to job I want – I feel like I have been given a head start in my career.
