Serve up a career in Catering & Hospitality

You will study in our industry standard training kitchens and gain experience of a real working environment in our award-winning restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie. You’ll learn how to create delicious dishes in our fully equipped training kitchen and demonstration theatre and discover more about food preparation, cooking and food safety.

As part of your programme, you will also take part in fantastic work placements and community projects with local businesses and charities to gain real working experience in the sector.
