Andrew Hassack was appointed by the Governing Body on the 11 July 2024.

Andrew has dedicated over two decades to the education of young people on Teesside, beginning his career as a mathematics teacher at Nunthorpe Academy.

He then moved to Acklam Grange School, where he is poised to embark on his 20th year. Throughout his career, Andrew has amassed extensive leadership experience, serving as a senior leader for eleven years and as Deputy Headteacher for the past six years.

His areas of expertise include Behaviour, Pastoral Care, Attendance, Raising Achievement, Staffing, Timetabling, Quality Assurance, and more recently Teaching & Learning. Andrew’s commitment to education has significantly contributed to the success and development of his students and colleagues alike.
