Aga works as an Associate Director at the College, with over 15 years of experience in the education sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Her responsibilities include overseeing the College’s quality systems to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices, managing Awarding Organisation accreditations and visits, and leading internal audits. Aga also heads the Exams and Quality Team, supporting the smooth delivery of assessments and ensuring quality assurance processes are in place.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors especially walking on the beach with her dog and kids and has a strong passion for Martial Arts, which reflects her discipline and focus in both her personal and professional life.
