On this T-Level course you will learn about the following core topics health and safety, science, measurement, building technology, information and data, digital technology, construction, mathematical techniques, design, construction and the built environment industry, sustainability, relationship management, commercial business, project management and law.
You will also cover specialist units such as, measure the built environment, analyse the built environment, design the built environment and verify delivery of the built environment. Whilst on your employer led work placement, you will be completing an employer set project, which is a key essential part of the overall qualification.
This programme is Institute of Technology recognised.
Construction students will have the opportunity to work in state of the art workshops, and have access to a real life outdoor construction site. This realistic work environment allows students to gain practical experience in constructing a single story dwelling which is built from foundations up to the roof.
