Retrain in Performing Engineering Operations (Welding) – Level 2

Modules offered may vary.

Modules include:

• Producing Plate Work Components and Assemblies
• Welding by MMA
• MIG and TAG Process
• Fabricating Steelwork Assemblies
• Safe Working Practices
• Communicating Technical Information

Various start dates available.

3 days per week between 9am- 5pm

You must have achieved 4 GCSE at grade 3 (D) or above including maths, English language and science or Level 1 Welding.

You will be assessed through practical assessments and online/paper based multiple choice examinations.

You will have the opportunity to progress onto the Level 3 programme or a gain employment as a Level 3 apprentice in the field of welding.
