This course is designed to elevate your culinary expertise; you’ll learn advanced skills within the kitchen and larder operations, giving you the confidence to prepare and present high-level dishes in a professional kitchen environment.
You’ll also deepen your understanding of gastronomy, kitchen management, and food safety, giving you the knowledge and skills to thrive in high-end hospitality settings or progress into senior culinary roles.
Catering and Hospitality students will have the opportunity to work in our award winning training restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie. The restaurant is open to the public across the week and all the food is prepared and served by our students in one of our five fully equipped industrial kitchens.
