This program has been developed to meet the requirements of the Engineering Council’s UK-SPEC (3rd Ed.), and the QAA subject benchmark for Engineering (2015).

September- July.

Learning is face to face.

Applicants should have a related qualification at Level 5 (a Higher National Diploma or equivalent). There will be an interview for all applicants with the programme leader. Successful candidates should hold qualifications in English language and mathematics to at least GCSE grade 4 or above (A-C) or demonstrate adequate skills and competencies.

Non-standard entrants are interviewed to assess their ability to complete the course, including a review of their professional experience and training gained in the workplace.

You will be assessed through:

• Individual Reports and Case Studies
• Individual Presentations
• Question Papers
• Personal Reflections
• Tutor Evaluation of Team Meetings/Minutes and performance in Supervisor Meetings

There are no formal examinations.

Fees payable directly to Middlesbrough College: £6,900 per year.
