Ace Perry

We caught up with Ace who is an MC6 Student Leader!
Ace said: “Being a Student Leader at MC6 is great as I’ve made new friends and I get to meet new people from across the Sixth Form and the College. I think the Student Leader role is important as students need to feel heard and see that problems are being solved.
“I’m also a class rep, as part of this role I gather opinions from my classmates and act as a point of contact to voice any worries, concerns or suggestions. Giving students a voice is important, and it is great to be in a College where the staff respect you and your opinions.
“I really enjoy studying at Middlesbrough College Sixth Form. I’ve been really well supported here and I’m enjoying making a difference to the student experience.
“I’m hoping to progress to become a Police Officer in the future, and thanks to the skills I’m learning at MC6, I know that I’m one step closer to fulfilling my career ambition.”
