Equality and Diversity Strategic Action Plan Objectives 2024/25
- (continuing) Increase multi–faith and quiet contemplation room provision to accommodate demand and demonstrate respect and support for our college community of all faiths or non.
- Improve attainment to eliminate achievement gaps between apprenticeship learners with a learning difficulty and disability and those without (gap of 15.1%).
- Introduce support internship placements throughout the college
- Reduce the curriculum gender split, for example, encouraging more females into STEM subjects.
