We will be joined in the morning by:

Chris Sybeng – DfE Regional CONTEST Coordinator North East

Claire & Jacqui – Cleveland Counter Terrorism Police – Channel

Andrew Shippey – Community Safety Partnership Officer

Each will provide an oversite on regional concerns, how to recognise and report radicalisation, and support those in the channel process.

In the afternoon, the Middlesbrough College Mental Health & Safeguarding team will be covering our in house procedures around supporting students struggling with mental health and how you can support them from an employers point of view.
