For Middlesbrough College and TTE full time courses
New Applicants
Applicants for full time courses at Middlesbrough College and TTE will receive a letter and an email inviting you into College to complete your enrolment when you will meet your tutor, confirm your place on the course, and be able to collect your ID badge.
Please bring the below to the onsite stage on your enrolment:
- Your enrolment letter
- Examination result slips or certificates – this must include your Unique Learner Number (ULN)
- One other form of identity – such as your passport, driving licence, birth certificate, bank card, etc.
- Your National Insurance Number (if you have received it)
- If you were born outside of England, please bring evidence of your residency status (i.e. ARC Card, BAIL 201 document (all pages), E-Visa and proof of 3 years residency in the EU/UK)
Returning Learners – Year 2 or Progressing to the Next Level Course
Before you leave college for the summer break, please ask your current tutor for your return date or induction timetable. We will not be able to provide this information during the holidays, as teaching staff will also be off. It is therefore important that you make a note of this before the end of term.
On your first day back in September, you will receive a new student ID card. Until then, your current card will remain active, so please keep it safe and bring it with you when you return, as you will need it to access college buildings.
If you are continuing onto the next level or year of your course at Middlesbrough College or TTE, you will receive a letter and an email inviting you to attend enrolment. During enrolment, you will meet your tutor, reconfirm your place on the course, and collect your new ID badge.
If you are progressing into the second year of your course, you do not need to attend enrolment, as this will be completed automatically. However, some second-year students may be asked to come into college for a meeting with their tutor; if so, it is essential that you attend. You should continue to use your current student ID badge.
