This course will give students the fundamental knowledge, transferable skills and behaviours within a business workplace. This programme will have a dedicated pathway to be successful within business, more specifically retail and hospitality.
When studying this course, students will gain knowledge on how businesses operate daily whether it be in an office setting or hands on within a customer service role. The course will include social action projects to allow students to build upon their soft skills that they can use in their life and future career. These skills include communication and interpersonal skills, team building skills, leadership, problem solving and time management skills.
