Occupational Pathway in Social Care is designed to equip learners with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be work ready as well as academically ready to meet the demands of Level 3.
Learners will explore and examine concepts of social care including person-centred approach, moving and handling, interpersonal skills and hands on practicals in our simulated environments.
Health and Social Care students have access to a realistic on-site health and care ward that replicates a hospital environment. This fantastic facility allows students to gain practical experience in hygiene and patient care, with access to a wide range of industry equipment. Courses are delivered by health and care professionals from a wide range of backgrounds.
