NEIoT: ABBE Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Assessment – Level 5

Start a new career or add to your existing professional skills, within the property retrofit, energy efficiency and property refurbishment sectors with our new NEIoT Retrofit Coordinator course.
The Retrofit Coordinator, is a new professional role, created by government, to ensure quality and value for clients and contractors engaged in the property retrofit and property management sectors. Developed in collaboration with industry specialists and FE partners, this qualification equips learners with the professional skills to required, to operate in that role.
The role of the Retrofit Coordinator was established within the framework of a new quality standard called PAS2035. The Retrofit Coordinator has a key role within PAS2035 and is responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement, specification, and delivery of measures in domestic retrofit projects. A Retrofit Coordinator will ‘project manage’ a retrofit project from inception to completion, and will need to liaise with building owners, Retrofit Assessors, Retrofit Designers and Retrofit Installers in order to ensure effective end-to-end project management.
This qualification is part of the NEIoT: Retrofit Co-ordinator bootcamp.
