Lily is a Business Operations and Marketing professional with experience supporting engineering and industrial organisations, most notably through her work with Middlesbrough based engineering contractor, Intelect. Lily brings expertise in marketing and communications, stakeholder engagement and business operations, with a strong focus on promoting skills, apprenticeships and workforce development.
A graduate of Leeds Beckett University, where she achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management with Marketing, Lily has since built her career in the Tees Valley and is passionate about supporting local talent and creating opportunities, particularly when it comes to apprenticeships in STEM careers.
Lily is an Employer Ambassador for the North East Apprenticeship Ambassador Network, championing and raising awareness of apprenticeships, and as a Co-opted Governor, she is committed to supporting the College’s strategic ambitions, helping to strengthen links between education and industry, ensuring students are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the regional economy.
