Course overview
This course is perfect for you if you are looking to develop an advanced knowledge of the plumbing industry. You will study a variety of different construction and building tasks, which include complex plumbing and electrical systems, including un-vented hot water and gas installations.
This is the next step up from the Level 2 course and you will look at complex drainage, central heating and hot water systems. It will include theory and practical sessions in health and safety, environmental technology systems and career awareness.
On completion of this course, you will be offered the opportunity to achieve the IOSH L1 Cert Safety, Health and Environment for Construction Workers and CSCS card qualifications.

Construction students will have the opportunity to work in state of the art workshops, and have access to a real life outdoor construction site. This realistic work environment allows students to gain practical experience in constructing a single story dwelling which is built from foundations up to the roof.
