T Level placements can make a difference to your business. By offering a placement to a student it can change their life and could inject new energy and skills into your business.
Take on T Levels

What is a T Level?
In addition to A Levels, Apprenticeships, and Vocational Qualifications, T Level are a key option for school leavers in the UK, set to replace many existing vocational qualifications.
T Levels equip students with practical skills and knowledge in their chosen industry, alongside core English, maths and digital skills. Each programme includes 315 hours of work placement with a relevant employer, allowing students to apply their theoretical learning in a real-world setting. This experience helps prepare them for the workforce and provides valuable connections for future job opportunities.

What to expect
We will maintain regular contact with both the employer and the student to monitor and evaluate progress, as well as ensure health, safety, and welfare. The frequency of progress reviews will be agreed upon with the employer, and we will regularly check in with the student.
A midpoint review will be organised between the student and employer, held in person. This review will provide an opportunity to assess the student’s progress, review learning objectives, and make any necessary adjustments to improve the second half of the placement.
Ongoing safeguarding checks will be conducted to ensure the student’s safety while working with the employer. We will use reasonable discretion, considering the employer’s track record and experience, to determine the level of monitoring required. If any serious issues arise regarding the student’s performance, we will address them with the student and promptly inform the employer, handling the situation appropriately.
At the end of the placement, a final review session will be held in person with the assessor, student, and employer to reflect on the student’s progress.
The employer will provide the student with a reference using a standardised template upon completion of the placement.
There will also be an opportunity to discuss potential pathways for progression into full-time work, paid apprenticeships, or higher-level courses.
