This course prepares you for a cutting-edge career in IT technical support, systems maintenance, and digital security.
You’ll develop hands-on skills in network cabling, hardware configuration, IT troubleshooting, and technical support, while also exploring key areas of cyber security, data protection, and digital threats. From managing secure systems to supporting users in complex IT environments, you’ll be trained to tackle real-world challenges with confidence.
This technical qualification has been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses, ensuring course content meets industry needs and prepares you for work. It is aimed at anyone with a desire to pursue a career in the Digital Industry such as IT Tech Support, network security, cyber security The course will cover topics including Digital Support (IT Tech support, and Security (cyber and network security).
T Levels offer a mixture of classroom learning and ‘on-the-job’ experience, which is achieving through an industry placement of at least 315 hours (approximately 45 days).
