Onshore Renewable Energy/Wind Turbine Academy – Level 2

Learners will achieve the following qualifications:

• ITC Level 2 Diploma in Safe Working Practice in the Wind Turbine Industry
• GWO Work at Height
• GWO First Aid
• GWO Manual Handling
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWO BTT
• ECITB Medium Risk Confined Space
• CCNSG Site Safety Passport
• STCW Personal Survival Techniques
  

Various start dates available. Learners will study Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm, for 5 weeks.

• Applicants must be aged 19+
• Must be a Tees Valley resident
• Must bring proof of benefit to enrolment session
• Applicants who have not lived in the UK or EU since birth must bring proof of residency, e.g. passport (3 years old) or residence permit.
• Due to Industry Equipment limits, learners must weigh under 133kg.
  

Individuals must be aged 19 or over, unemployed or employed and earning under £33,210 per annum to receive full funding.
