Kimberley Lancaster

Art and Design Lecturer

I am a Lecturer in Art & Design with a strong background in education, assessment, and quality assurance. I have extensive experience working across Levels 1–3 and multiple awarding bodies, ensuring high standards through effective moderation, standardization, and feedback practices.

As a Level 1 and 2 Coordinator, I lead assessment planning and support teams through internal verification and quality processes. I hold TAQA Level 3 and 4 qualifications and am confident in evaluating student work accurately against required standards.

Alongside this, I have worked as a Digital Champion, delivering CPD and promoting innovative use of technology in teaching. I have a keen interest in innovative practice to engage learners through a bespoke curriculum that meets individual need.
