Key Features
Core training – learn the essentials as part of our ‘Taking Teaching Higher’ programme including delivery, planning, safeguarding, behaviour and observations, all underpinned by the latest research-based evidence which leads to PGCE certification.

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for our Teacher Graduate Training Programme, you will need:
- Graduate status (recent or earlier in career) with a degree
- Grade C or above (or Grade D or above) or equivalent in GCSE maths and English
- Foreign qualifications should be accompanied by certificates as well as a Statement of Comparability from ENIC
- An appetite to continue to learn whilst building your career with us
- A sense of pride about who you are and what you bring to the table. We value difference and want you to feel empowered to be yourself in our organisation!
If you are yet to graduate, the offer is subject to successful completion of the degree programme. We are a Safer Recruitment provider, meaning robust safeguarding practices are following throughout our recruitment process.
