A 7 week course to support NEETS back into education
Level 1 Art & Design course
Starting from Monday 27th January for 7 weeks, the Level 1 Introductory Award in Art and Design supports NEETS (Not in Education, Employment or Training) to get back onto a course at Middlesbrough College.
This Pearson BTEC short course contains 2 units to prepare you for the next stage of education:
Unit 1 – Developing a Personal Progression Plan
Learners will develop the skills and behaviours needed to progress to the next stage in their learning, identifying progression opportunities and creating a plan to enable them to get there.
Unit 2 – Creating an Art Image
Learners will explore the work of 2D artists, developing skills and techniques in drawing, painting and mark making to produce an art image based on the work of selected 2D artists
