Technical Certificate in Makeup Artistry – Level 2

Modules offered may vary.

Modules will include:

• Principles of Working in the Media Make-Up Industry
• Anatomy and Physiology
• Principles of Researching, Developing and Showcasing Designs
• The Art of Applying Make-Up
• Hair Artistry
• Creative Make-Up Artistry

September – June, days and times to be confirmed.

You must have achieved four GCSEs at a grade 4 (C) or above including maths and English.

You will be assessed through one externally set, externally moderated assignment and one externally set, externally marked exam, sat under examination conditions.

You can progress onto the Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Media Makeup Artistry course.

You are required to purchase a uniform and a kit. You can purchase your kit here.

Tuition fees are free if you are a UK or home- fee status student and aged 16-18 on the 31st August before the start of your course.

If you are aged 19 or over, you may be required to pay fees depending on your residency status, educational background and personal circumstances.
